Role Description The Pharmacist role at DLB - Dilus Laboratories is a full-time, on-site position located in Santa Eugènia de Berga. Working hours from 7 am till 3 pm from monday to friday.

The professional in this role will participate in the development and optimization of nutraceutical products for human and veterinary use, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory dossiers.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing formulations and documentation, collaborating with R&D; and production teams, supporting validation and stability studies, and contributing to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and regulatory dossiers.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing technical reports, and providing expertise to cross-functional teams.

The Pharmacist will work closely with quality assurance to ensure products meet internal and external requirements.

Qualifications

- Background in Pharmacy, exclusively, , with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing of tablets, soluble powders and emulsions.
- Experience in quality control or quality assurance, including familiarity with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards.
- Ability to conduct and interpret laboratory tests, support stability and validation studies, and apply scientific reasoning to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams in R&D;, production, and quality.
- Proficiency with common laboratory and office software; experience in the human or veterinary healthcare sector is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Santa Eugènia de Berga and adapt to a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.
