Finance ERP Consultant

Location: Spain – Madrid, Barcelona, Basque Country, Bilbao, Málaga & other locations

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week on-site

Recann is partnering with a growing ERP and business transformation consultancy that is expanding its Finance Systems practice across Spain.

We are looking to speak with an experienced Finance ERP professional who can support client transformation programmes and help bridge the gap between finance processes, business requirements and ERP technology .

The Opportunity

Responsibilities could include

- Supporting or leading ERP implementation and optimisation programmes
- Working across Finance ERP processes and systems
- Gathering and translating business requirements
- Supporting or leading client workshops
- Conducting fit-gap analysis, testing and process optimisation
- Supporting ERP configuration and functional design
- Working with Finance, Operations and IT stakeholders
- Taking ownership of functional workstreams and delivery activities
- Supporting user training, UAT and post-go-live activities
- Working closely with the wider consulting and delivery team

We are particularly interested in candidates with practical experience across areas such as:
- Finance ERP systems
- Infor M3
- ERP implementation or rollout programmes
- Finance process optimisation
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- General Ledger / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Financial reporting and controls
- Business requirements gathering
- Functional design and ERP configuration
- UAT, testing and system optimisation
- User training and adoption

Experience leading workshops, owning functional workstreams and translating finance requirements into ERP solutions would be particularly valuable. Previous consulting experience is not essential. Strong client-side Finance Systems professionals, Business Analysts and ERP Super Users who have played a significant role in an implementation, rollout or optimisation programme are encouraged to apply.
