An agricultural entity is hiring 30 Agricultural Workers to join their team across several locations on the island, including Ariany, Llucmajor, Manacor, and Porreres, with management centered in Palma. As an agricultural worker, you will perform a broad range of manual duties essential for farm maintenance and harvest management, both in open fields and inside greenhouses. Your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing soil for sowing, including digging trenches and opening furrows.
- Planting and transplanting diverse crops manually or with basic agricultural tools.
- Watering, fertilizing, and applying necessary treatments following precise instructions.
- Performing crop care activities such as weeding, pruning, staking, and tying plants.
- Detecting and eradicating plant pests and diseases according to guidelines.
- Harvesting fruits, vegetables, and other produce by hand or with equipment.
- Sorting, selecting, grouping,



and packaging harvested produce into containers.
- Loading and unloading supplies, storing seeds and harvests in designated locations.
- Performing minor repairs on farm facilities, buildings, fences, and gates.
- Cleaning, maintaining, and storing tools, equipment, and machinery like tractors and irrigation systems.

Basic Criteria

- Minimum of 3 months of relevant work experience in farming or agriculture.
- Correct spoken and written Spanish or Catalan, ensuring good oral expression and reading comprehension.
- Strong physical endurance suitable for daily manual farm tasks.
- Key personal competencies: effective teamwork, clear communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Formal education degrees are not required for this role.

What you will receive

- Full-time employment under a 9-month fixed-discontinuous contract starting November 1, 2026.
- Gross annual salary of €17,094.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (hours may vary depending on weather conditions).
