The Role Olivum Languages & Culture is looking for experienced and engaging German teachers to collaborate with us on a freelance basis, delivering live online lessons to adult learners and professionals.

We are looking for teachers who can create dynamic, practical and learner-centred sessions, adapting their teaching style and materials to each learner's level, objectives and professional context.

We welcome German speakers from different regions and backgrounds – no particular German dialect or regional variety is required.

As we work in an international environment, candidates should also be comfortable communicating professionally in English.

What are we looking for

- Excellent command of German at native or near-native level
- Good command of English
- Proven experience teaching German to adults
- Experience delivering live online language lessons
- A dynamic, engaging and communicative teaching style
- Ability to adapt lessons to different levels, learning styles and professional objectives
- Confidence using digital tools and online teaching environments
- Professional, reliable and organised approach
- Ability to issue a valid invoice for freelance services

Highly valued

We would especially like to hear from candidates with experience in:

- Business German and corporate language training




- B2B and international business environments
- Teaching employees, professionals or executives
- Engineering, technical or industrial environments
- Manufacturing, technology or other specialised sectors
- Professional communication, including meetings, presentations, negotiations and workplace interactions
- Designing or adapting materials to industry-specific needs

A professional or academic background in business, engineering, technology or related fields would also be an asset.
