Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

- Support daily administrative and office management tasks

- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office coordination

- Maintain an organised, presentable, and professional reception area

- Provide administrative support to different departments as required

- Assist with client hospitality and meeting preparations

- Support the team with general operational tasks and projects

Requirements

- Currently studying Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills





- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (essential for our international clientele); additional languages are a plus
