Senior Full Stack Software Developer - FinTech Platform At Shakers, were partnering with a company building a next-generation financial services platform to bring on a Senior Full Stack Software Developer. Its a hands-on role with real ownership over core systems, working two days a week from a Madrid office in Retiro. The team is building out the core of a financial platform from the ground up: customer-facing portals, backend services, and the APIs that tie everything together.

Theres real ownership here, working closely with product, data and business stakeholders on architecture, security and performance decisions, while also reviewing code and mentoring less senior developers. Delivery speed matters, and the team leans on AI-assisted tooling (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to move fast without cutting corners on quality. Develop customer-facing portal experiences on the front end Build and scale backend services and REST APIs Uphold security, performance and reliability standards across the stack Partner with product,
