In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers and field technicians, delivering high-quality technical support via phone and email.Working closely with Territory Service Managers in Germany, you will prepare quotations for standard parts and services, while ensuring effective communication and coordination with our After‑Sales team across Europe.Key Responsibilities :Provide support to the service sales team across EuropeManage after‑sales requests, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preparing cost estimates for parts and servicesDeliver technical support by researching and gathering information from documentation, internal resources, and factory contactsUse the CRM system to track opportunities, perform follow‑ups, and prepare reportsProfile:Higher education in Sales, Administration or similarPrevious professional experience as inside sales, customers service, or technical sales positionProficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeProfessional fluency in German (preferably native) and English is mandatory.
