We are currently looking for a Portfolio Management Oversight Officer to support our Luxembourg department in charge of the due diligences focused on delegated Portfolio Managers and Investment Advisors.Job Specification:Support due diligence (initial / ongoing) oversight reviews on the delegated PortfolioManagers and Investment Advisors, including questionnaire and standard packdocumentation review, financial statements, structure charts, organizational charts, licenses,
KPIs and SOC reportsMonitor the deadlines set for completing the due diligence questionnairesPrepare the assessment report on service providers and escalate key findings to the Head of PMOAssist with the update of the key internal control and templates including the due diligence oversight dashboardPrepare the on-site and/or remote sessions on the delegated Portfolio Managers to address and remediate potential due diligence oversight findings and/or on-going subjects of interestPrepare fund´s board reports within the agreed timelinesLiaise with internal teams to constantly improve the quality of control frameworkSupport with ad hoc projects.Required Qualifications:Academic degree in finance, accounting, economics or similarStrong written and verbal communication in EnglishStrong commercial awarenessSkills & competencies:Strong analytical skillsHigh attention to detail, critical thinking and common senseAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Office (esp.
