Join a Tech account in Barcelona, Spain as a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Danish and are comfortable working in English day to day.

- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
