What You Will Learn

During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience in:

- Guest experience and customer service in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Intern,



you will help create an outstanding experience for our residents, members, and visitors by:
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
- Managing reservations and providing information about our services and facilities.
- Responding to questions and resolving day-to-day issues.
- Supporting community events and activities.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and operational coordination.
- Working closely with different departments to continuously improve the resident experience.

Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
- Customer-oriented and passionate about creating great experiences.
- Friendly, empathetic, and an excellent communicator.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Interested in hospitality, tourism, business, communications, or related fields.
- Currently enrolled in a university or higher education program eligible for an internship agreement.
- Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative.
