Hopper is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the customer-facing conversational agent end-to-end for HTS, shaping flows and interfaces across chat and voice. You will directly influence product decisions in close collaboration with partner design teams and internal designers. You will work hands-on, prototype using AI coding tools, and set quality standards for resolution, containment and escalation while aligning with GTM and Success teams to maximize impact across enterprise partners.
