Full-time, on-site

Alva Estates is a real estate developer based in Palma, focused on premium renovation and new-build projects across Mallorca, which we develop and sell.

We are now looking for the person who will lead our Real Estate Development unit.

This is not a classic project management role. You will not simply be handed projects to administer. You will be fully accountable for the unit: finding projects, structuring the financing, building them, and bringing them to market — with real responsibility for the commercial and operational result.

What you’ll own The full lifecycle of renovation and new-build projects:

- Find — source and assess properties, run site visits, build the business case, and decide what is worth pursuing.
- Fund — prepare investment memorandums and financing pitches, and present to banks, lenders and investors.
- Build — assemble and lead the project team, including architects, technical architects, structural engineers, builders, interior designers and suppliers. Drive the process from concept design to floor plans, technical drawings, construction and final finish. Negotiate prices and contracts firmly, and oversee quality and timelines on site.
- Sell — manage real estate agents, marketing and the sales process to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Control — keep the cash-flow model current, track invoices and budgets, and make sure nothing slips.

You will run several projects in parallel, follow up relentlessly,



and ask the right questions before problems appear — keeping everything moving even when others are slow to respond.

What we’re looking for

Senior profile with a strong, proven project management track record across many simultaneous workstreams

- Spanish and English at C1 level or above
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including business-case modelling and investor / lender presentations
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and the ability to build high-quality financing pitches
- A commercially strong negotiator with builders, suppliers, agents and project partners
- Exceptionally disciplined, structured and proactive — someone who closes loops without being chased
- Uncompromising on quality, detail and execution
- Comfortable leading architects, engineers, builders, designers, suppliers and real estate agents
- AutoCAD skills, beneficial
- Based in Palma de Mallorca, full-time and on-site. No remote or part-time setup.
- Valid driving licence — you will be on construction sites regularly.
