Key responsibilities
- Drive the effective implementation of the Health & Safety Policy within the areas under their responsibility.
- Act as the link between operational areas and specialist Health & Safety teams, facilitating the integration of safety into operational and production processes.
- Lead the follow-up and implementation of preventive measures, ensuring their effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
- Promote a strong safety culture through awareness initiatives, training and visible leadership.
- Analyse incidents, accidents and deviations, identify root causes, and promote corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in the Health & Safety Committee, follow up on agreed actions, and foster dialogue with relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in audits, inspections and regulatory compliance assessments, driving the continuous improvement of management systems.
- Prepare and present Health & Safety performance indicators, analyses and reports to support decision-making.

- Strengthen the integration of Health & Safety principles into day-to-day operations and business processes.
- Support the continuous improvement of Health & Safety performance and management standards.
- Ensure preventive actions are effectively implemented, monitored and sustained over time.

- Specialist Health & Safety / Occupational Risk Prevention teams.
- Health & Safety Committee and relevant internal stakeholders.
Education, skills and experience
Minimum academic qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Master’s degree or other qualifying training as a Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician covering all three specialisms: Occupational Safety; Industrial Hygiene; Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.
Technical skills:
- Strong command of digital tools, particularly Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
- Ability to analyse incidents, accidents and deviations, identify root causes, and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Ability to prepare and present Health & Safety performance indicators, analyses and reports.
Desirable:
- Additional training in management systems, accident investigation, safety leadership or sustainability.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Occupational Health & Safety / Occupational Risk Prevention roles within complex industrial environments.
- Experience in conflict management and negotiation with different stakeholders.
Languages:
- High level of English, minimum B2.
