Deine Aufgaben
Define, lead and deploy the Manufacturing Engineering strategy for the Iberian region, aligned with industrial, quality and business objectives.
Manage and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring proper resource allocation, technical capability development and team performance.
Lead the adaptation of aerostructure designs into work instructions, manufacturing and assembly guidelines, ensuring efficient and compliant industrialization.
Oversee tooling management, including definition, validation, lifecycle management and continuous optimization.
Coordinate activities related to cable loom and electrical workshop operations, ensuring proper industrialization, integration and production support.
Drive the implementation, continuous improvement and standardization of aircraft industrialization processes, enhancing efficiency, quality, safety and cost performance.

University degree in Aeronautical, Industrial,



Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Solid experience (minimum 10 years) in Manufacturing Engineering within the aerospace sector, including proven team leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of aerostructure industrialization, manufacturing and assembly processes, tooling and electrical/cable loom environments.
Experience in continuous improvement, process standardization and change management in complex industrial settings.
Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, decision-making capability and a results-driven, collaborative approach.
Fluent English (C1) required; ability to work in multinational environments. Native or advanced Spanish. German would be a plus.
