THE ROLE

The Senior Associate – Operations (Valencia, Spain) is a key hire supporting the




build-out of Unitas’ operations capability in Valencia. This role will focus on
delivering high-quality operational support across core back-office processes,
with an initial emphasis on Payments & Transactions and Investor Onboarding.

As Unitas’s first hire in the Valencia office, which is already established and
has more than 100 employees based there, the successful candidate will be
expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of their
responsibilities while contributing to the establishment of a scalable and
efficient local operations function.

This role will report to the Head of Service who is a Director of Apex Unitas
and is based in London and will initially have no direct reports but will
eventually lead a team of junior employees in Valencia.

The Senior Associate will have a large degree of collaboration with colleagues
in London throughout the day.

The position is full-time, permanent and hybrid.
