We are building the Business Development Graduate Program within our SME & Mid-Market / Digital Team at osapiens, taking over the DACH / Benelux Market — we are looking for the best graduates in the region. Not the loudest - the sharpest.

This is not a traditional SDR role. What the program looks like
The Business Development Graduate Program is structured around a simple principle: real ownership from day one, with a clear path forward.

You will spend your first year generating and qualifying pipeline for our SME & Mid-Market Digital DACH team — mastering high-velocity outbound, learning the full sales motion, and developing your own AI stack. Strong performers can expect significant career opportunities within 12, 18, 24 months — into Account Executive, Senior BD, or adjacent commercial roles — based on your results and where your strengths take you.

We hire annually. Once you are in, you are part of a cohort — and a pipeline of talent that grows with the company.
