About this position:

As we continue to grow, we are continously expanding our logistics team! We are looking for a highly structured, German-speaking Logistics Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will work in the logistics team to bring strong project management structures, handle complex international transactions, and help us scale our global shipping operations.

? Your Responsibilities

- Project Management Support: Introduce, structure, and execute project management workflows for complex, international machinery transactions from contract closure to final delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Head of Logistics on daily operations and act as a reliable partner for our Sales Department on logistical matters.
- Global Shipping Coordination: Plan, optimize, and execute international sea, road, and air shipments.
- Compliance & Customs Handling: Manage full export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and ensure smooth execution in line with Incoterms 2020.
- Client & Partner Interface:



Provide excellent customer service, coordinating directly with international buyers, sellers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution.

? Your Profile

- Organized & Structured: You have a natural talent for project management, standardizing workflows, and keeping a cool head under pressure.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in German and English is required (written and spoken) to confidently coordinate with our European customers and service partners.
- Logistics Foundation: Professional experience or a strong educational background in International Logistics (road, sea, air freight) and customs/export procedures.
- Collaborative Mindset: A true team player with excellent communication skills who loves working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
