? We’re hiring: International Customer Service Agent (Dutch + English)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service / Logistics team (remote/hybrid - Madrid/Spain). You will be the main point of contact for our international customers and partners across Europe, coordinating palletized freight consignments and ensuring excellent service from start to finish.

? What you’ll do

- Manage customer orders and transport requests
- Coordinate international palletized consignments and delivery schedules
- Provide proactive updates on shipment status, delays or incidents
- Handle complaints and delivery issues professionally
- Collaborate closely with operations and dispatch teams




- Maintain and update customer data in our CRM

? What you bring

- Experience in customer service and/or logistics
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken & written)

- Spanish is a strong plus; other European languages are an advantage
- Familiarity with TMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

? Salary range: €21,500 – €25,000 gross/year

? Location: Remote/Hybrid (Madrid - Spain)
