We are looking for an IT Category Manager to join an international Procurement team and manage strat egic sourcing initiatives across EMEA, with a strong focus on IT-related categories. The role combines category management, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation and stakeholder management, offering the opportunity to work closely with different business areas and countries across the region.

You will be joining a Procurement organization that is evolving and strengthening its strategic capabilities. This means you will not only manage sourcing projects and negotiations, but also contribute to developing category strategies, improving the supplier landscape and identifying opportunities for consolidation and long-term value creation.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and develop IT and selected indirect categories across EMEA, supporting the definition and implementation of category strategies.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including market analysis, RFI, RFP and RFQ processes, supplier evaluation and contract negotiations.
- Manage and develop relationships with strategic technology suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, cost optimization, risk reduction and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Legal, HR and other business functions to understand their needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.




- Support stakeholders throughout supplier selection and negotiation processes, acting as a trusted Procurement partner.
- Analyze spend, supplier markets and technology trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution of Procurement processes, governance and best practices across the organization.

What We're Looking For

- Solid experience in Indirect Procurement, IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
- Hands-on experience managing sourcing processes and supplier negotiations, including RFPs, RFQs and contract negotiations.
- Exposure to IT-related categories such as Software, SaaS, IT Services, Cloud, Telecom, Infrastructure or Technology Vendors.
- Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and confidently manage different priorities and points of view.
- Experience working in an international or matrix environment is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, combined with a practical and business-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment where Procurement is continuing to develop its strategic role.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
