- Coordinate creation, execution & launch of EDM/PUSH/SMS campaigns that deliver a flawless customer experience through the App, site and landing pages. Understanding the role and characteristics of different communications channels
- Drive innovative ideas and solutions in response to customer needs and changing market conditions
- Design, execute and evaluate Test & Learn experiments to optimize campaign performance
- Provide regular communication with stakeholders, such as the broader marketing team, sales team, country leads and product team
- Ensure emails follow organization policies and best practices
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
- B2 level of English or higher
- Experience with Power BI or Google Analytics
- Experience managing and leadin
