Position Overview
This role is part of a structured development program designed to build technical and customer service capabilities within the Automotive OEM environment.

You will receive hands-on training on products, services, and technical support processes. The role supports the development of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with senior technical experts and cross-functional teams. It aims to prepare you for future roles within Technical Service.
The position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 12-month training program on technical products and service processes
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
- Learn and apply diagnostic tools and technical methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and quality teams to resolve issues
- Assist in customer communication and follow-up




- Contribute to continuous improvement and service optimization

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical environment is a plus
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
