The RoleAs an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and growing Clarks' wholesale business within your territory. You'll manage existing retail customers, open new accounts, build long-term commercial relationships and act as a true ambassador for the Clarks brand. This is a hands-on field sales role. You'll spend much of your time visiting customers, presenting collections, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring retailers have the support they need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing an assigned sales territory
- Building strong relationships with independent retailers and wholesale customers
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Presenting seasonal collections and driving sell-in performance
- Negotiating commercial agreements and trading terms
- Supporting customers with product,



merchandising and seasonal planning
- Monitoring sales, stock and commercial opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Providing market insights and customer feedback to support future business decisions
- Planning and managing regular travel throughout your territory

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of wholesale sales experience
- Experience within footwear, fashion or a related consumer goods sector
- Existing retailer relationships within their territory
- A strong track record of winning and growing business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your own territory
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
