Braun Management works with executive teams to solve organizational problems that have become too internal to fix. We provide rigorous analysis and honest, evidence-backed conclusions to help leadership teams navigate complex business systems.
The role This Junior AI Implementation Specialist position supports a specific engagement with our partner, a Mediterranean technology firm. The role exists to help this client integrate practical automation into their internal workflows, ensuring that new tools actually reduce organizational friction rather than adding to it. As a fully remote member of our team, you will help bridge the gap between technical potential and the day-to-day realities of how the staff operates.
What you will do
- Document current manual workflows to identify where automation can resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Help configure and test basic AI tools and software integrations tailored to the client's internal governance rules.
- Draft clear, step-by-step guides for client employees to follow when using new systems.
- Collect and organize data from client feedback sessions to help refine implementation strategies.
- Prepare internal reports that track the progress of tool adoption against the client's original goals.
- Participate in remote troubleshooting calls to address minor technical hiccups in the implementation phase.
- Maintain detailed records of decision rights related to who can access and modify automated systems.
What we are looking for
- A strong interest in how technology interacts with complex business systems and organizational structures.
- The ability to write clearly and precisely without using jargon that confuses non-expert users.
- High attention to detail, especially when observing and documenting repetitive tasks or data flows.
- A background in business administration,
information systems, or a related field of study.
- Comfort with using and learning new software applications quickly and independently.
- The patience to work through messy, real-world data to find evidence-backed solutions.
- An understanding of basic logic or simple coding concepts, though advanced programming skills are not required.
How we work
- We operate as a fully remote organization, which requires a high level of individual accountability and clear communication.
- Much of our work is conducted through written documentation rather than frequent, unstructured meetings.
- We value precision and honesty in our internal reviews, treating every document as a professional product.
- Team members are expected to manage their own schedules while remaining available for scheduled remote discussions.
- We prioritize deep work and the time needed to think through complex problems thoroughly.
What we offer
- A permanent, full-time position within a stable professional services firm.
- A fully remote work arrangement that allows for geographic flexibility.
- Competitive pay that reflects the entry-level nature of the role and the current market.
- Opportunities to learn about executive-level consulting and organizational restructuring.
- A professional environment where clear thinking and direct communication are prioritized.
- Access to modern collaboration tools that support efficient remote work.
In this role, your work will directly help our Mediterranean partner move past operational stalls caused by outdated manual processes. By ensuring that AI tools are implemented with structural precision, you contribute to a clear, written path forward for their leadership team. Your contributions will provide the evidence-backed foundation needed to solve the organizational friction that currently hinders their growth.
