Braun Management addresses structural friction within executive teams to resolve organizational problems that have become too internal to fix. We provide rigorous analysis and evidence-backed conclusions to help leadership teams navigate complex governance and clarify decision rights.
The role As a Junior Research Analyst, you will support our consulting team by gathering and organizing the data necessary for high-stakes executive engagements. Our partner is a Mediterranean technology firm, and much of your work will focus on assisting them with structural adjustments and market entry challenges.
This role exists to ensure that our recommendations are grounded in accurate, verified information rather than intuition or generic advice. Because we operate as a fully remote team, your ability to conduct independent research and document your findings clearly is essential.
What you will do
- Conducting background research on industry trends and specific company structures to identify points of organizational friction.
- Compiling data reports that help our consultants understand how decision rights are currently distributed within client organizations.
- Assisting in the preparation of written documentation that outlines evidence-backed paths forward for executive leadership.
- Reviewing regulatory environments and governance requirements that impact our partner firm operations.
- Organizing internal databases to ensure that qualitative interviews and quantitative data are easily accessible to the team.
- Drafting summaries of complex business systems to help clarify where internal accountability has broken down.
- Monitoring news and updates related to our specific client engagements to keep the team informed of external shifts.
- Supporting the senior consultants in verifying historical performance data and organizational charts.
What we are looking for
- A strong interest in understanding how complex business systems and corporate governance function in practice.
- The ability to write clearly and concisely without relying on filler or corporate jargon.
- High attention to detail when cross-referencing data points and verifying the accuracy of research materials.
- Familiarity with basic research methodologies, perhaps gained through university projects or recent internships.
- Comfort working in a remote environment where communication relies heavily on written updates and documentation.
- A logical approach to problem-solving and a preference for evidence over speculation.
- Willingness to learn about European governance structures and the specific challenges of organizational restructuring.
- Professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive corporate information with discretion.
How we work Braun Management operates entirely without physical offices,
valuing the focus and precision that a remote setting allows. Our culture is built on written clarity and rigorous thinking, meaning we spend less time in meetings and more time producing high-quality analysis. We believe that accountability is better served by clear documentation than by constant verbal check-ins. Every team member is expected to contribute to a culture of honesty, where we address difficult structural truths directly to help our clients move forward. This remote structure requires self-discipline and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work without direct, in-person supervision. What we offer
- A permanent, full-time position that is 100 percent remote.
- Competitive pay that is attractive for an entry-level role in the consulting and research sector.
- Exposure to high-level organizational challenges and executive decision-making processes.
- A work environment that prioritizes clear communication and evidence-backed results over office politics.
- Paid time off and versátil scheduling within a results-oriented framework.
- The opportunity to work with a Mediterranean technology firm on its expansion and structural growth.
In this role, your research will become the foundation for the difficult conversations our consultants have with executive leadership. By uncovering the structural truths that hinder growth, you help provide the clarity needed for organizations to reform their decision rights. Your work directly contributes to providing a clear, written path forward for the firms we serve.
