At 9 to 5 we are launching a new corporate wellbeing solution focused on improving employee health, energy, focus, and performance through functional nutrition. Our solutions are tailored to different workforce environments such as tech teams, industrial companies, construction environments, office-based teams, and shift workers.

We are now looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Representative (SDR) to join us ahead of our commercial launch in September and help build our outbound sales engine from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

As an SDR, your main responsibility will be generating qualified business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling. You will:

- Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to B2B prospects
- Work with large prospect databases and identify decision-makers
- Contact HR Managers, Wellbeing Managers, Health & Safety teams, and Workplace Managers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the commercial team
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking
- Help improve outreach messaging and sales processes
- Gather customer feedback and market insights

What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in SDR,



telesales, lead generation, or outbound sales roles
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Professional level of Spanish required

Nice to have:
- English proficiency valued
- Knowledge of Hubspot CRM valued
- Interest in wellbeing, nutrition, or workplace innovation is a plus
