The Junior Scrum Master exists to support our work with a Spanish telecommunications client undergoing significant internal reorganization. Because this client is navigating complex shifts in how teams communicate and deliver work, we need an organized facilitator to help maintain focus and clarity in a fully remote environment. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who enjoys organizing workflows and helping groups reach consensus without the need for traditional management overhead.

What You Will Do

- Facilitate daily check-ins and planning sessions for teams working on the Spanish telecommunications project.

- Document meeting outcomes and decision points to ensure every team member has a clear written record of their tasks.

- Observe team interactions to identify where organizational friction is slowing down progress or causing miscommunication.

- Assist in maintaining the project backlog by keeping task descriptions precise and current.

- Support the removal of minor administrative blockers that prevent team members from completing their work.

- Prepare weekly summaries of team progress for our consultants, focusing on factual updates rather than marketing hype.





- Learn to apply Agile principles in a way that respects the specific governance requirements of European business systems.

- Coordinate across different time zones to ensure remote collaboration remains synchronized and efficient.

What We Are Looking For

- A degree in business, social sciences, communications, or a related field, or equivalent foundational knowledge.

- A strong interest in how groups of people work together and how systems influence individual behavior.

- Exceptional writing skills with an ability to summarize complex discussions into simple, clear sentences.

- Natural attention to detail and a preference for organized, structured environments.

- The ability to remain neutral and objective during difficult team discussions or disagreements.

- Basic familiarity with the concepts of Scrum or project management, perhaps through coursework or personal study.

- Comfort working in a fully remote setting where all communication is handled through digital channels.

- Willingness to learn about European corporate governance and the specific needs of large telecommunications organizations.
