In this role, you'd be stepping in as the go-to person for the DACH market, playing translator between two worlds: the slow-burn magic of SEO and the instant gratification of Paid Ads.

Basically, you're the strategic glue holding both sides together.And your role in this?You'd be the dedicated DACH expert,



running your own show with a portfolio of 5 to 15 client accounts.

Your job is to make sure your clients' online presence isn't just pretty
- it's profitable.More specifically, you will:Plan, launch, and fine-tune PPC (Google/Microsoft Ads) and Social Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) campaigns, keeping ROAS happy and CPC in checkTake full ownership of SEO across the board: On-Page (content, meta tags), Technical (crawling, speed, structure), and Off-Page (link building)Dig into the data, turn it into reports that actually make sense, and come to clients with fresh ideas before they even askMake sure Paid and Organic aren't working in silos, but joining forces for that sweet, sweet search dominanceOk,what should you bring?The Must-Haves:Native or rock-solid C2 German, plus confident, everyday EnglishAt least 2 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience, with real exposure to both SEO and SEA (agency or in-house, either works)Comfortable
