Requirements

Language Skills: C2 level of Norwegian language with advanced English skills.



Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Nordic market.20 months sales experience is preferred.Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.Communication Skills: strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels.Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive.Team Collaboration: able to work independently within a team environment.Business Acumen: strong business acumen, capable of understanding complex business environments and making informed decisions.Proficient in conducting competitor analysis and offering insights to support strategic decision-makin
