As a Data Analyst at Talan, you will turn trusted data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll partner with business and technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and self-service data solutions using Microsoft data technologies. You’ll translate requirements into scalable data products while ensuring data quality and governance. You’ll work in an agile environment to evolve the data platform and empower cross-functional teams with data-driven decision making. This is a chance to impact large-scale data capabilities within a integral consulting group.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics and reporting solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models
• Prepare, transform, and model data using Microsoft Fabric and related technologies
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are followed
• Perform testing and validation of data models, reports,



and analytics solutions
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

Responsabilidades
• Experience as a Data Analyst delivering reporting and analytics solutions
• Strong experience with Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud data platforms
• Strong SQL skills, including data analysis and query optimization
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with data quality, validation, and governance practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
