At SPSP Health, we’re making waves in the e-commerce industry, expanding our reach across Germany, Austria, France, Spain and other EU Countries. Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Superstar to join our team in sunny Madrid
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist & Engage – Be the friendly voice our customers rely on Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Solve Problems Like a Pro – Resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a great customer experience.
- Process Orders & Returns – Ensure seamless order management and handle returns, exchanges,



and refunds.
- Stay Organised – Keep records updated in our CRM system and follow up on open cases.
- Work as a Team – Collaborate with different departments to improve customer service processes.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written) + good English skills.
- Any additional languages like Spanish, German, Italian, Danish, Portuguese will be an added advantage.
- Customer-focused mindset – You genuinely care about helping people
- Problem-solving ninja – You think fast and handle challenges with ease
- Organised & proactive – You juggle multiple tasks like a pro
