What you will do
- Provide artistic and technical feedback to the modeling team, ensuring all characters, environments, and props meet the highest quality standards and studio guidelines under the guidance of the Modeling Supervisor.
- Act as a key support to the Modeling Supervisor, maintaining artistic direction, taking decisive action, and stepping in to lead the department in their absence.
- Track team progress, review deliverables, and resolve complex design or technical issues to ensure alignment with the project’s vision.
- Contribute to establishing style guides, naming conventions, and modeling protocols to optimize the production pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with downstream departments to ensure all models are cleanly optimized for riggi
