In this role you drive growth of the Geared Motors business in Spain, collaborating with cross-functional teams and factories to support key accounts and identify new opportunities. You combine technical understanding with commercial execution to shape the regional strategy and close deals. You will engage with OEMs and partners, leveraging digital tools to enhance the customer experience. This position offers autonomy and a strong support network in a future-focused, sustainable motion company.

• Develop and expand the Geared Motors business in Spain
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, OEMs, and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and implement the commercial strategy
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Configure and select Geared Motors using internal tools
• Collaborate with factories and internal support functions
• Handle customer escalations when needed
• Analyze market trends, customer needs,



and growth opportunities
• Promote digital tools and e-commerce solutions to customers

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar (degree level may vary)
• Experience in technical sales or business development is a plus
• Knowledge of motors/drive technology is advantageous
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented, able to work independently and in a team
• Interest in technology and industrial applications
• Native Spanish speaker; strong English skills
