Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is looking for a Trade & Working Capital Solutions - Global Origination Associatebased in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), Spain.

As a Trade & Working Capital Solutions - Integral Origination Associate,



you will contribute to the design and execution of cross-functional initiatives aimed at capturing market opportunities, adapting to evolving client needs and competitive dynamics, and aligning origination, product, and support teams around a shared strategic objective: driving T&WCS; growth in line with SCIB and Santander Group priorities. You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, with opportunities to lead selected initiatives, collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, and develop materials for senior management.
