What will your day look like?:
As the Application Consultant Manager, you will lead a dynamic team while also being deeply involved in technical solutions, ensuring that marketing campaigns for general brands are launched seamlessly at scale. Your role will include both team leadership and individual contributorresponsibilities. You'll be responsible for guiding your team in streamlining client operations and activating new technical capabilities while ensuring the development and adoption of Catalyst tools. At the same time, you'll remain hands-on in configuring, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end client experiences.
More specifically your tasks will include:
Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Application Consultants,
ensuring their professional growth and the successful adoption of Catalyst tools across clients.
- Set performance goals, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
- Oversee team productivity, project timelines, and ensure resource allocation for optimal delivery of solutions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the team is always advancing technical skills while also achieving client success.
Individual Contributor Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team to understand client business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Drive the successful configuration and implementation of customized business rules, automations, and features in the Catalyst platform.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience for clients.
