- This is a business and service leadership role, focused on operational excellence, team development and service outcomes.



The role operates at the service level and works in close partnership with senior leadership to ensure consistent delivery, prioritisation and continuous improvement.
- Key Responsibilities:
Service & Operational Leadership
- Support and drive service performance in alignment with service ownership, ensuring stability, availability and quality of delivery
- Contribute to service-level decision-making, prioritisation and risk management
- Act as deputy service owner when required, representing the service across stakeholders and forums
- Drive operational governance, including adherence to standards, processes and controls

People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Network & Security engineers
- Build a high-performing and engaged team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
