As a member of the CoS GTB team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic priorities and driving business performance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams,



contributing to the growth and transformation of our business.

- Partner with the Head of GTB Europe and the GTB Management team to define, align and execute the strategic agenda, ensuring consistency with General and Regional priorities.
- Coordinate the strategic planning process across GTB Europe, challenging business plans and ensuring alignment between business lines, support functions and overall strategic objectives.
- Monitor business performance through the definition, analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights on financial results, commercial activity, resource planning and strategic initiatives.
