Frequent travel throughout Spain (rapidly growing market) and occasional travel to France.

Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Service
- Install, commission and maintain ventilation systems at customer sites, primarily within pharmaceutical and chemical laboratories.
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.

Development of the Spanish Market
- Act as the main technical point of contact for customers in Spain.
- Provide technical support to our local business partners.
- Report customer feedback and market requirements to our headquarters in Germany.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Customer Service & Administration
- Independently organise your work schedule and plan customer visits (3-4 days per week).
- Arrange appointments with customers and coordinate site access.
- Maintain professional communication with customers on-site and remotely in Spanish, French and English.




- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare maintenance quotations.

Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with and support the Service Manager.
- Communicate regularly with our headquarters in Germany in English.

Working Conditions
- Home-based position (remote working)
- Frequent travel (3-4 days per week), mainly throughout Spain
- Company car provided (private use permitted)

Salary & Benefits
- Annual gross salary:€27,000 - €32,000, depending on experience
