Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Helper, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent experience to our clients by:
- Providing friendly, professional telephone assistance to customers and partner agencies.
- Confirming transfer schedules and supporting transportation coordination.
- Managing Lost & Found cases with efficiency, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Assisting customers with claims, incidents, or emergency situations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Accurately registering and updating customer interactions and cases in internal systems.
- Coordinating with local suppliers, operations teams, and destination partners to resolve issues effectively.
- Proactively identifying customer needs and providing clear,



solution‑oriented guidance.
- Following established procedures while maintaining a versátil and customer‑focused approach.
