We are an outsourcing company based in the UK that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia, and we are currently recruiting a Shift Manager on behalf of a partner in the logistics sector.

What you will do day to day
- Lead and motivate a team of dispatchers and operators, ensuring smooth, results-oriented operations.
- Supervise daily production, ensuring compliance with quality standards, efficiency, and KPIs.
- Analyze operational performance, identify opportunities, and implement continuous improvements in sorting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports on performance, quality, and improvement projects.

What we are looking for
- University degree or equivalent experience in logistics, operations, or industrial management.
- Leadership,



communication, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
- Availability to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon), alternating every few months to ensure fairness and experience across all schedules.
