Experteer Overview
In this role you drive IT/automation-enabled support for Roche's integral GCS deployment projects in the Core Lab domain. You will work in an international team to shape requirements, concepts and pilot support, while transferring knowledge to colleagues. You may be onsite with customers to ensure successful pilots and post-launch support, including training design and delivery. This position offers meaningful impact through global training, customer engagement and system optimization in a healthcare technology setting.

• Contribute to requirements and concepts for the upcoming portfolio in Core Lab
• Provide strong customer support during pilot phases (ultra CU focus)
• Transfer knowledge to Core Lab colleagues and mentorees in a global training and support organization
• Design and implement training programs from concept to delivery for diverse user groups
• Deliver technical support post-launch for Roche services and instruments
• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers on development projects
• Occasionally perform on-site customer engagements to ensure project success




• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues across cloud, hospital, and laboratory networks
• Support development projects and share expertise across global teams

Responsabilidades
• Experience in training and supporting affiliates and/or customers
• Ability to break down complex information into actionable pieces
• Ability to work in complex and dynamic project setups
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset with solutions orientation
• Strong affinity to Cloud/Edge software
• Experience with Roche middleware solutions and automation systems
• Experience implementing/troubleshooting network connectivity in lab environments (cloud, hospital, lab) and related components (unified gateway, FortiGate, firewall, switches)
• Experience with Navify Integrator and/or Navify Lab Operations technologies and tools
• Experience supporting development projects is a plus
• Lab background or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
