we are looking for a Sales Administrator.
Mission:
As part of the Sales Administration team and in coordination with the sales, logistics, and finance teams, the Sales Administrator for Spain manages the administrative and commercial aspects of orders destined for the Spanish market, covering the entire process: from order receipt through to delivery, invoicing, payment tracking, and after-sales support.
Key responsibilities will include the following
- manage and process customer orders, verifying data, prices, commercial terms, and availability;
- handle the administrative tracking of orders through to delivery and invoicing;
- coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams regarding deliveries, delays, issues, returns, and stock replenishment;
- manage invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes, as well as document filing and record-keeping;
- monitor customer payments, inform the sales team of due dates and outst
