About the Role

At Boomi, our Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the frontline for growth in billion-revenue organizations across the Italian market. You'll be embedded in a pod structure alongside Account Executives, Partner Managers, Customer Success, and Account Managers, working across four key pillars of pipeline generation:
- Outbound (70%)- Build and execute strategic account-based outreach with Account Executives.
- Inbound & Events (15%) - Qualify high-value inbound leads and engage directly at select industry events to convert interactions into pipeline.
- Partners (10%) - Collaborate with Boomi's regional partners and managers to co-create new opportunities.
- Expansion (5%)- Work with Customer Success and Account Management teams to identify and grow opportunities in existing enterprise accounts.





As part of Boomi's Enterprise segment, you'll work closely with our most experienced sales professionals, gaining mentorship and exposure to strategic account planning, complex deal cycles, and enterprise customer engagement. What You'll Do
- Own pipeline generation for Enterprise accounts in Italy across all four pillars.:
- Engage senior stakeholders in conversations about integration, automation, and AI challenges.
- Partner with Account Executives on account planning, prospect mapping, and strategic outreach.
- Represent Boomi at industry events, engage prospects and partners on-site, ensuring interactions are qualified into opportunities.
