For our Spanish office in Barcelona, GAES, una marca Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Retail Strategy & Operations Team, supporting the transformation and growth of our retail network.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail strategy, market analysis and business performance within a general leader in hearing care.

You'll be in charge of:
- Footprint Strategy
- Analyze market and store performance data across different geographical areas to identify opportunities for new store openings, closures and relocations.
- Assess regional demographics, market potential and competitor presence to support strategic expansion plan
- Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing Amplifon's retail footprint and business development.
- Process & Journey Optimization
- Map customer touchpoints and analyze business KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.




- Investigate root causes of performance deviations and propose actionable recommendations.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of operational and commercial performance indicators across the network.
- Translate data-driven insights into presentations and business recommendations for management and key stakeholders.
