Brink's Integral Services is seeking a commercially minded, strategic, and resilient General Manager to lead UAE Cash Management, AMS (ATM Managed Services), and DRS (Digital Retail Solutions) operations through its continued phase of growth within an established Joint Venture structure. The role carries comprehensive accountability for financial performance, operational delivery, people leadership, and regulatory compliance and will lead all operations for the Joint Venture (JV), ensuring complete P&L;, robust financial governance, compliance, and strategic support to drive profitability and sustainable growth. This role will act as a key business partner to the JV leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to optimize business performance.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Develop strategies, policies and operational/commercial/marketing plans based on current and future market conditions and trends.




- Ability to manage and work with mergers and JV's is a key to the role.
- Communicate a compelling vision, which creates a focus and shared sense of purpose and values for all employees.
- Own full P&L; driving high performance, seeking out unnecessary spending, driving resolution on underperforming areas, and maximizing opportunities for revenue growth.
