We’re looking for a Conference Concierge Trainee to join our team from September—someone organized, people-focused, and ready to make every guest experience flawless.

As part of our Events & Banqueting team,



you'll be the link between our clients and operations—ensuring that every meeting, incentive, conference, or gala goes off without a hitch. From guest interaction to on-the-ground logistics, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the main on-site contact for meeting planners and event organizers
- Coordinate event logistics with all relevant departments (banqueting, kitchen, AV, housekeeping)
- Support the setup and breakdown of meeting spaces according to client specifications
- Ensure service runs smoothly and all client requests are addressed in real time
- Assist with signage, materials, and documentation for events
- Maintain event documentation and daily reports for internal communication
- Deliver top-tier guest service with a warm, solution-oriented approach
- Represent the Grand Hyatt brand with professionalism and personality
