The Role

Pexapark is at a pivotal stage as we expand our people strategy across EMEA, APAC, and the US. This role blends strong operational HR fundamentals with high impact organizational initiatives, offering the opportunity to help scale and strengthen a globally connected, high performing organization.

You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, strengthening leadership capability and navigating complexity, while partnering closely with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace to deliver a consistent, high quality employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead performance and talent processes end to end, equipping managers to set clear goals, deliver candid feedback, and address underperformance with confidence
- Use engagement, attrition, and team health insights to proactively identify risks
