The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective sprint planning, and successful coordination of payroll-related initiatives in collaboration with HRIT, AMS providers, and business stakeholders.

- Your tasks and responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Sprint Coordination
- Ensure effective daily operations within Payroll, Time & Absence processes across multiple systems, primarily Workday
- Support and maintain sprint planning activities, including backlog preparation, prioritization, and tracking
- Act as a coordination interface between HR, HRIT, and AMS providers to ensure timely delivery of operational tasks
- Monitor system-related incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution

Project Support & Coordination
- Support global and regional Payroll and Ti
