Savings & Investments Domainis looking for an AI Adoption & Transformation Lead, based in Boadilla (Madrid).

As an AI Adoption & Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating and executing the AI Adoption Strategy across all countries and entities within the Savings & Investment Domain.





The mission of the role is to accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence by identifying opportunities to simplify and automate daily tasks, software development and business processes, deploying Integral AI solutions, and ensuring consistent execution across geographies.

Working closely with local Business, IT and Operations teams, as well as Global Product and Technology teams, the role will define a common adoption roadmap, align priorities, monitor execution and maximize business value through AI-enabled transformation.

The position requires a strong combination of AI expertise, transformation leadership, program management and change management capabilities to successfully drive AI adoption at scale.

AI Adoption Strategy
- Define and maintain the AI Adoption Roadmap for the Savings & Investment Domain.
- Establish adoption objectives, implementation milestones and success metrics.
- Align the roadmap with the Domain strateg
