Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Motion - Low Voltage Induction Motors Sales organization and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in this area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

This role is contributing to the Motion Induction Motors, Low Voltage Motors in Sant Quirze del Vallés, Spain. Main stakeholders are Sales team and customers.

You will be mainly accountable for:




- Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.
- Defining the needs of our local stock to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications for the Role
- Higher Degree or University studies in Electricity or Mechanical.
- 0-3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
- Collaborative and team-player mindset, with ownership over the workload.
- MS Office is required, and SAP knowledge will be val
