Overview Lead and manage a highly complex logistics operation, ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and customer service objectives. He holds full accountability for the sites P&L;, customer relationship, operational performance, and overall business results. The role is responsible for maximizing operational efficiency, ensuring business continuity, driving continuous improvement, and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver service excellence. Key responsibilities * Own full site Profit & Loss (P&L;) accountability. * Act as the senior point of contact for the customer and lead business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives with the customer. * Lead and develop the sites management and operational teams * Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and operational excellence. * Develop leadership capability and succession pipelines across the site. * Promote effective communication, recognition, and employee engagement. * Partner with HR to ensure effective employee relations and workforce management. * Ensure safe, compliant,



and efficient site operations. * Deliver service, quality, productivity, and cost objectives. * Monitor and improve operational KPIs and performance standards.
